The concept of Flex literally came to life during a declined transaction. When co-founder, Ze’ev Shoval missed an important Uber ride because his card was declined despite having a good balance and excellent credit, he felt the frustration that millions of consumers experience every year. Instead of shrugging the problem off, Ze’ev started to explore the issue and reached out to a former colleague, Elio Vitucci.
With 20 years experience in data science, credit risk and fraud detection, including leading Decision Analytics for Experian, Elio partnered with Ze’ev to truly understand the problem. As they started to see the incredible inefficiencies in the payments system, the concept of Flex was born with a mission to help customers get the products they want and to help merchants sell more!

Elio Vitucci
As co-founder of Flex, Elio has over two decades of experience in data science and financial services managing and creating multiple global businesses with a passionate focus to bring improvement and drive innovation in the sector. Most notably, he served in several roles with Experian including Global Managing Director of Decision Analytics. Additionally, Elio created, and led as CEO, Experian MicroAnalytics, which became the largest nano-lending operation globally, issuing over 2M loans per day in over 30 countries.

Zeev Shoval
As co-founder of Flex, Ze’ev is a serial entrepreneur and top tier business development executive having developed and grown multiple global businesses in the Telcom, National Security, Defense, and Financial Services Sector. Past experiences including founding Wirefree Corp, growing Trivnet and helping it to a successful strategic sale, head of alliances for Utiba Mobile Commerce, head of Business Development at Experian Microanalytics, and as General Partner for GMS, a leading Global Messaging platform monetizing services across hundreds of mobile operators and enterprises around the world.
Investor & Exec. Director:
Philip McHugh
Philip has over 25 years of international banking and payment experience across North America, Europe, LATAM, and Africa. Prior experiences include various roles with Citigroup, CEO of Payments at Barclays, President and EVP, Merchant Services for TSYS, and most recently as CEO of Paysafe, listing the company for +$12Bn on the NYSE. As Executive Director, Philip has partnered with Elio and Ze’ev to take on a broad range of operational roles to help Flex grow to its true potential.
CTO:
Guy Vatman
Guy has over 10+ year’s experience as a software developer and architect based in the heart of the Israeli tech community having worked across both enterprise and start-up environments. Prior to Flex, Guy was CTO at UpStart, a software house for technology start-ups ranging from development stage companies to more mature groups focused on global expansion. Guy was also co-founder of Israelapt.com, a comprehensive apartment bookings platform.
Non Executive Director:
Don Robert
Don currently serves as Chairman of the London Stock Exchange Group, the leading global financial markets infrastructure business. He is also Chair of Council of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Founder Partner of Corten Capital, a specialist information and software investment firm, and a Technology Advisor to the Bank of England.
Previously, Don was Chairman of Experian plc, a global information and analytics business, the position which he held from 2014 until July 2019. Prior to this he was Group Chief Executive Officer of Experian plc from 2005 to 2014. Don was also Non-Executive Director at Compass Group plc, Non-Executive Director of the Court of Directors, Bank of England, and Non-Executive Director at First Advantage Corp.

Adoram Gaash
Adoram has over 25 years of experience as both a Founder/CEO and as a Venture Capitalist. He founded Moneta VC in 2013 as a leading Israeli VC firm that invests in Data Transformation startups across Fintech, Insuretech, and FinCyber. Prior to starting Moneta VC, Adoram worked as Managing Director, M&A Banking for GrowthPoint Technology Partners and as Founder and Managing Partner of StageOne Ventures.
